Welcome to Samuel’s Garage Doors. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders and Deposits

When placing an order for garage doors, a deposit of 30% of the total order amount is required. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the time taken by the manufacturer to deliver the doors. By submitting the deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the deposit will be retained by Samuel’s Garage Doors and is not subject to refund.

2. Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due prior to or upon delivery and installation of the products. We reserve the right to withhold delivery or services until full payment is received.

3. Delivery and Lead Times

Delivery dates provided are estimates and may vary based on manufacturer schedules. Samuel’s Garage Doors is not liable for delays beyond our control. No delays shall entitle the customer to cancel the order or request a refund of the deposit.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders for standard products may be subject to cancellation fees covering costs incurred. Custom or made-to-order products are not cancellable once production has begun and the deposit is non-refundable.

5. Warranty

Warranties are provided in accordance with manufacturer terms and conditions. Samuel’s Garage Doors is not responsible for damages arising from improper use or lack of maintenance.

6. Liability

Samuel’s Garage Doors is not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to product installation or performance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
